"I experienced my first accident ever when a deer ran in front of my vehicle and did a bit of damage. After reporting the accident to law enforcement I contacted my State Farm agent, and from there I don't think things could have gone any better. My agent reaffirmed the details of my policy, and I was able to select any repair shop that I wanted. Vehicle towing service and car rental details were handled kindly and efficiently, with minimum effort on my part. My vehicle was repaired quickly, and State Farm took care of all the financial details without a hitch. This truly was a smooth operation from start to finish, handled with kindness and professionalism. I cannot thank you enough Kari ... you and State Farm did an outstanding job. Five Stars from me!"

"We decided to shop around after our previous homeowner’s insurer did not cover a substantial claim. Kari was exactly who we were looking for. We had multiple phone conversations with her about various coverage scenarios and she made sure we had coverage for those. She is extremely kind - she never made us feel like we had a dumb question or that she didn’t have time for us. To top it off, she saved us a substantial amount of money on our car insurance (even after adding better coverage). "I had previously been with an agency for 18+ years and decided to meet with Kari's staff to compare coverages. Across the board their coverage was better, especially with car insurance. Very personable, accommodating and knowledgeable staff helped through the whole process even keeping within a ballpark figure it had for coverage. Several agencies would not cover us as we have a 2nd unit (cottage) on our property but that was not an issue for Kari. We are very pleased with their fast prompt service, reasonable pricing and hope to continue doing business in the future."
